Enlistment Spotlight Yesterday was quite the special day at Buffalo High School in Putnam County, as an oath of enlistment into the WV Army National Guard took place right on campus. Andrew Warner, a senior at Buffalo was sworn into the Guard where he will attend training this coming summer following his high school graduation. Making the moment even more special, Private Warner was sworn in by 2nd Lieutenant Greysen Young. 2LT Young is also a graduate of Buffalo High School and a family friend of Andrew.
