The West Virginia National Guard’s Mountaineer ChalleNGe Academy graduated 173 cadets as a part of Class 51 on Dec. 14, 2018, the largest graduating class in MCA history.

Students from around the U.S. participated in the course which provided students a deep-dive into contracting topics such as liability claims, bonding and insurance, contract terminations, contractor claims, delays and remedies, payments and closeout, and ethics.
