Private 1st Class Devun Thomas Williams Castro, a carpentry/masonry specialist with the West Virginia Army National Guard’s 115th Engineer Company, has been selected as the WVNG's September Soldier Spotlight. A graduate of Brooke County High School in Wellsburg, West Virginia, Williams Castro has over 18 months of service in uniform established himself as a driven and engaged Soldier with a long-term goal of becoming a Green Beret.
