NGB’s State Partnership Program celebrates 25 years

Sgt. 1st Class Harry R. The New Jersey National Guard and Albania are paired together as part of the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program, which links National Guard elements with partner nations worldwide. The SPP began with three partnerships in 1993 and now, 25 years later, includes 74 partnerships spanning the globe.
