The West Virginia National Guard Adjutant General's Annual Report to the Governor for 2023 is published and available for download. The 82-page report covers the 2023 calendar year with a description of units, missions, staff, organizational structure, special programs, financial reports and more. The report is located on the West Virginia National Guard website at Home (www.wv.ng.mil)
