West Virginia education partnership supports military children, families
The West Virginia Dept. of Education's Common Ground Compact was signed by partner representatives, including West Virginia National Guard Brig. Gen. Michaelle Munger (shown), during a ceremony at the state’s Culture Center in Charleston on Nov. 12, 2024. The Common Ground Partnership is a group of 24 government, community and military organizations working together to share resources, programs and initiatives that support military families.
