Luis Gutiérrez, Delegate to the Inter-American Board (IADB) of Defense Organization of the United States, on aeromedical evacuation capabilities of the unit and configuration on a U.S. Air Force C-130H April 10, 2019, at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base in Charleston.
