West Virginia education partnership supports military children, families
Frank Vitale, civilian aide to the 25th Secretary of the Army, the Honorable Christine E. Wormuth, offered a message on her behalf during the West Virginia Dept. of Education's Common Ground Compact signing ceremony in Charleston on Nov. 12, 2024. The Common Ground Partnership is a group of 24 government, community and military organizations working together to share resources, programs and initiatives that support military families.
