2nd Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group (A) Change of Command

Lt. Col. Robert V. Luther III, outgoing commander of the West Virginia Army National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne), was presented a token of appreciation during the change-of-command ceremony at the Kenova Armed Forces Readiness Center in Kenova, West Virginia, on September 14, 2024.
