West Virginia National Guard Adjutant General Brig. Gen. William "Bill" Crane shakes hands with Lead Soldier and Family Readiness Specialist Amy long to congratulate her on the West Virginia National Guard's Family Assistance Program recognition being ranked first in the nation according to the National Guard Bureau’s mid-year scorecard. The Family Assistance Program connects service members and families with financial services, home and auto repair and even foster care for pets while a solider or airman is deployed, along with providing additional services to service members and veterans.
