West Virginia Adjutant General’s update on RISE West Virginia

Homeowner Herman James of London, W.Va., thanks West Virginia National Guard Sgt. Taylor Gales, who is working with the RISE program, on Aug. 23, 2019. Herman and Kay James received keys to their now mobile home, the 59th completed by RISE WV since the 2016 floods, while members of the Guard, West Virginia VOAD and Thompson Construction were in attendance.
