WVDHSEM hosts Fundamentals of Grants Management course
More than 60 students from state agencies, local governments, and non-governmental organizations from around West Virginia attend the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Fundamentals of Grant Management course, held June 25-27, 2019, in Dunbar, West Virginia. The course, part of the Grants Management Technical Assistance (GMTA) Program, is for recipients and subrecipients currently receiving FEMA Federal financial assistance via award or grant programs and is designed to enhance recipient's and subrecipient’s ability to administer and manage federal financial assistance.
